Team Members

Our team is young both in terms of the age of its members and the time since its establishment, but this in no way excludes experience and professionalism.

My chief assistant and wife, Rigina, holds a Ph.D. in International Studies. She is a professional translator working with English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Kazakh, and a certified tour guide with over 10 years of experience. She has traveled to more than 20 countries worldwide, gaining extensive international and intercultural expertise.

Our two tourism managers, Ksusha and Angelika, as well as our guide Zhenya, also possess solid professional experience in the tourism industry and have worked with a wide range of travel formats and client categories.

In addition, all of us are passionate travelers. Most of the team members, just like myself, have explored almost the entire territory of Belarus and many regions of Russia by car, gaining first-hand knowledge of routes, destinations, infrastructure, and local specifics.

When developing tours — both those already launched and those currently in preparation — I include only the places I have personally visited: castles and museums I have explored, hotels where I have stayed overnight, and meals enjoyed in hospitable Belarusian country estates.
It is precisely this personal involvement that gave rise to the desire to ensure that as many people as possible learn about Belarus.
